Soul® Premium Cachaça has a history of making one of the finest artisan cachaça in the world.  Using only the finest natural cane sugar from the heart of Brazil.  Soul® Premium Cachaça uses only the freshest natural cane and contains no additives or preservatives, and gluten free.

With strict production standards, extensive quality control,  and using proven traditional techniques, Soul® has become one of the most recognized premium cachaça.  Such accreditation includes a 92 Point Rating by Wine Enthusiast Magazine, 93 Point Rating by The Tasting Panel Magazine, and Double Gold Medal by the New York Wine & Spirits Competition.

HOW SOUL IS CREATED

To produce the best Cachaca, we must first start with the best ingredients. Soul® uses only naturally estate grown sugar cane from the south of Brazil. After strict quality inspection, the cane is cut and pressed to extract the sugar cane juice within four hours of being cut.  This insures that the sugar cane maintains the freshness.

Soul® immediately starts the fermentation process which allows Soul® to maintain the grassy, natural, and  earthy taste.  During the fermentation, the "Heads" and "Legs" are discarded to remove any impurities.

Using only the "Body" portion of the fermentation. the juice is then distilled to create the tasty, flavorful, and smooth taste of Soul® Premium Cachaca.

Soul® uses no additives, no preservatives, no GMO's, no coloring, and is Gluten Free.
