HOW SOUL IS CREATED
To produce the best Cachaca, we must first start with the best ingredients. Soul® uses only naturally estate grown sugar cane from the south of Brazil. After strict quality inspection, the cane is cut and pressed to extract the sugar cane juice within four hours of being cut. This insures that the sugar cane maintains the freshness.
Soul® immediately starts the fermentation process which allows Soul® to maintain the grassy, natural, and earthy taste. During the fermentation, the "Heads" and "Legs" are discarded to remove any impurities.
Using only the "Body" portion of the fermentation. the juice is then distilled to create the tasty, flavorful, and smooth taste of Soul® Premium Cachaca.
Soul® uses no additives, no preservatives, no GMO's, no coloring, and is Gluten Free.
